Payments for 2014 RMASFAA memberships are in full swing and before long registration will begin for 2014 Summer Institute. It is important to ensure that the address your Business Office, or equivalent, is using to mail payment checks is the same as is reflected on the appropriate event Invoice. Some institutions/organizations process payment from the Invoice only, but others must also have a current IRS Form W-9 for mailing payments and update their records. Just go to the RMASFAA web site at www.rmasfaa.org and on the left side of the screen click on “Online Forms” and under the “Finance” bullet, click on W-9 Form. Please print off the form and deliver it to your Business Office, or equivalent, to ensure the correct address is being used. A new treasurer will be elected in 2015, so a new form will be made available shortly after RMASFAA 2015 and Invoices will also reflect their name and address.
