The RMASFAA Express is Nearing its Final Destination!

The RMASFAA Express has made the long trek through the Rocky Mountains and has now arrived in Denver. Our final destination in Cheyenne, Wyoming is straight ahead. October 20th will be here before we know it!

A thin layer of powdery snow covers the passenger cars of the train. Everyone has their comfy sweaters and jeans on to protect them from the chilly weather. Cheyenne is a laid back town and the conference will be casual dress. This means that the sweaters and jeans will be perfect!

Now that you’ve packed the correct casual attire, it’s time to check your luggage once more to ensure that you have everything you need to make this a great conference.

REMEMBER:

  • Your institution tax exemption forms to avoid getting charged taxes on your hotel room;
  • Your Smart Phone or Tablet to access the new mobile Web Site. (WIFI is available throughout the conference center including the meeting rooms);
  • Speaker information, bios and session descriptions will ONLY be available on the mobile site. Session handouts will also be available.
  • Business cards for all the new colleagues you will meet! This is the perfect time to network with your fellow financial aid professionals.

Travel information to and within Cheyenne is available at http://www.rmasfaa.org/docs/conferences/2013/travel.html.

More information is available, including a philanthropy page, updated conference schedule, and mobile web pages. Please visit http://www.rmasfaa.org/index.html to keep up with the latest details!
