Have you ever submitted a check request to your business office (or equivalent) for a RMASFAA function, such as Summer Institute or Annual Conference, and when you receive the check for mailing it doesn’t have the address for the current treasurer? Or what if you submit the check request and it is mailed automatically and you find out later it wasn’t mailed to the current treasurer, but to a former treasurer 3, 4, 5 or even 6 times removed? Maybe your business office (or equivalent) hasn’t updated their internal records to reflect the correct address and needs to receive an updated W-9. Not to fear! Just direct the appropriate person to the RMASFAA web site at http://www.rmasfaa.org and on the left hand side of the screen, click on “Online Forms” and under the Finance heading just click on “W-9 Form – Current for 2013”, print it off and voila! Once they process the W-9, checks will go to the right place. However, there will be a new treasurer this fall, so an updated form will be made available after the fall 2013 conference in Cheyenne.
